A supplier-fulfilled marketplace: suppliers keep their own inventory and ship their own orders. MapleTrade just connects the order, the payment and the tracking.
The order routes straight from checkout to the supplier who owns that product. The supplier prints their own label and ships from their own location. MapleTrade never warehouses or touches the product.
Search the catalogue by business type, or post exactly what you need to the wanted board and let suppliers quote.
Every listing shows its MOQ and suggested retail. Sample listings also show a wholesale cost and margin. Listings from a live supplier catalogue show "Wholesale price on request" instead of a cost, because the dealer price is the supplier's to quote, not ours to publish.
Parcel-friendly items calculate shipping in real time at checkout. Freight items show "request quote" instead. See the shipping section below.
Once the supplier ships, you get tracking and delivery updates the same as any online order.
Add products individually or upload a CSV of your whole catalogue. Founding suppliers get this done for free.
Order details reach you as soon as a buyer checks out or accepts your quote.
Ship on your existing carrier accounts, using your own label.
Payment is collected at checkout and released once the order ships.
Smaller, boxable items (gloves, mugs, hats, control panels…) get a real-time shipping rate at checkout, based on weight, dimensions and destination.
Large or palletized items (sauna cabins, furniture, gym flooring, feed bunks…) are marked "Freight" and show a "Request quote" button instead of a live rate, because freight pricing varies too much by lane to quote instantly.
Items like e-bike batteries ship ground-only under battery shipping rules. This is called out on the product page.
Where possible, buyers can filter to Canadian suppliers to keep shipping distances and lead times shorter.
Any listing marked Private Label can be ordered at increasing levels of customization. Pricing and minimums step up together, so you always know what a given level of branding will cost before you commit.
